MY CLOSEST FRIEND ON A JOURNEY STORIES : THE MOUNT BROMO AND THE PASAR APUNG

Hi. I'm back on this blog. Here, I will share my friend's journey experiences in Malang, East Java. His name is Fandhy. Just like me, Fandhy also comes from Jambi province, but now he is in East Java, precisely in Malang to continue his education. According to him, he had long wanted to continue his education on the island of Java. He is a college student at the National Institute of Technology in Malang majoring in electrical engineering. The first impression he had was in Malang, he felt he had to learn from initial because of the very significant language differences with his mother tongue (Sumatera), from there he learned to adapt to the new environment.

According to my friend's story, there are many good tourist attractions to visit in Malang, there are several tourist attractions that have been visited by him, one of them is Mount Bromo. Who does not know about Mount Bromo ? Mount Bromo is most popular tourist attractions in East Java, because of its status as an active volcano and beautiful scenery there. Bromo Mountain is included in the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park area. For residents around Mount Bromo, the Tengger tribe, Mount Bromo / Mount Brahma is believed to be a sacred mountain.

According to him, the trip to Mount Bromo starts at 2 AM due to a trip far enough because want to see the sun rises in the morning. If will go to the Mount Bromo to be very obliged to wear thick clothes because the weather there is very cold, you can wear 2-3 jackets if you go there. The coldness he felt on the way could reach 6 degrees. It turned out that when he entered in the Bromo area, he paid a ticket of 35 thousand Rupiah each person. When it reaches the peak of Mount Bromo, the weather gets more colder and he can see a lot of people, even many foreigners, they are waiting for the beauty of the sun rises.

The sand is a mainstay of tourism from Mount Bromo, in the cool mountain nature, we can see the desert and extensive grass. While the most awaited from Mount Bromo is sightview when the sun rises and sun sets because it will certainly be very clear and very beautiful. Although the trip to Bromo was very dusty, it did not feel, because the beauty presented was truly extraordinary.

Other tours he has visited are Pasar Apung. Pasar Apung is a tourist destination that presents a classic feel in Batu City, East Java. Located in a complex with Museum Angkut, Pasar Apung stands on an area of half a hectare. In Pasar Apung area, you can get various interesting things typical of Malang city, such as souvenirs, as well as various culinary delights.

According to him, when he saw around the Pasar Apung there was a dance performance from staff there. For visitors who want to capture the moment, the location of this tourist spot also provides a view that is fascinating compared to other tourist attractions in the city of Malang.

He also added that information on typical food from East Java, that namely Rawon, Rawon, is a traditional food from East Java in the form of meat soup with black sauce.
The black color of Rawon sauce is made from kluwak and cooked with special spices. But he doesn't 
like Rawon too much, maybe because it doesn't match with his tongue.
