Hydroponic Vegetable Juice in Business Center of Andalas University

Business Center of Andalas University (Unand) especially for Khanza Cafe displays a new menu on its sales. Khanza cafe which originally only sell various fruit juices. Now adding a new menu of hydroponic vegetable juice which is certainly very healthy and refreshing. This is definitely a new juice drink that is sell in Business Center.

As is known hydroponic vegetables are vegetables that grow with the help of liquids containing minerals needed by plant vegetables. Different from other vegetables that need soil to grow, hydroponic plants only need mineral water to grow. Besides water and minerals, hydroponic plants also need lights, to support the growth of hydroponic plants. Hydroponic plants are very well maintained in the way and place to plant and do not need soil, so hydroponic vegetables do not need to use pesticides to protect from insects.

“The initial idea to open a new menu of hydroponic vegetable juice originally came from the owner of the Khanza cafe,” Sari said, as one of the juice servants, Business center Unand, Tuesday (23/10/2018).
“The hydroponic vegetables obtained were also taken from alumni of Andalas University students and their own plants at home,” she said.

Khanza cafe sells two types of hydroponic vegetable juices namely Pakcoy and Kale. “Most vegetable hydroponics mixed with pineapple, lemon, soursop, according to consumer demand, the mainstay menu is vegetable pakcoy mixed with pineapple," she said.

Besides that, there are many benefits of hydroponic vegetables which are adding protein, preventing cancer, improving digestion and lots of vitamins and other benefits, with the presence of hydroponic vegetable juice on Business center can add a new mainstay menu for college students at Andalas University.

Interviewees       : If ever, recently, only one to two months back.
Interviewer          : What types of vegetable juice are sells here ?
Interviewees       : There are Pakcoy and Kale. Nowadays, it's mostly just Pakcoy, usually there's Kale too.
Interviewer          : Usually vegetable juice mixed with any fruit ?
Interviewees       : Usually the mixture is pineapple, lemon, soursop, but according to consumer demand.
Interviewer          : What is the mainstay menu that is often purchased by consumers ?
Interviewees       : Mainstay juice menu here mango and avocado. but if the mainstay of vegetable juice is pakcoy mix pineapple.
Interviewer          : Whose initial idea was to open a new menu of vegetable juice here ?
Interviewees       : The initial idea was from the owner’s khanza cafe
Interviewer          : Where Khanza cafe get the vegetables from ?
Interviewees       : The hydroponic vegetables obtained taken from alumni of Andalas University students and their own plants at home.

What a nice and useful news Indri!! 👍 But I wanna give a suggestion for you, it's better if you add an information of where exactly Khanza Cafe is, even though you've already stated that it is in Andalas University, but you can also add if it is in Padang, West Sumatera because not everyone knows exactly where Unand is, hehe.
